Count Flower (フラワー男爵, Furawā danshaku) is a character in the TV series Action Mask. He is a villain with unknown motivations but he is characterized by his special chivalry towards females, especially with Mimiko Sakura.
His first appearance is in SPECIAL 40-4, where he is the undisputed protagonist of the chapter. Later he makes minor appearances in chapters where the plot of the fictional series is secondary.
The highlight of this character is that the actor who plays it is extremely handsome. That, coupled with the aforementioned delicacy towards the ladies, causes both Misae and Himawari to want to see Action Mask every time this villain comes on.
